Swatches:

We do not accept returns for swatches. We understand the importance of color accuracy, so we encourage you to order swatches before making your final paint selection.

Unopened Cans:

If the can of paint is unopened and in its original condition, you may return it within 14 days of receiving it. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@oohpaint.com. Our team will provide you with a free return shipping label. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original form of payment.

 

Disliked Color after Starting Painting:

We understand that sometimes colors may not look as expected once applied to your walls. In such cases, we offer a special solution to ensure your satisfaction. If you have ordered one or more cans of paint, started painting, and find that you dislike the color, we will send you one gallon of a color you prefer. To be eligible for this offer, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer service team at info@oohpaint.com within 14 days of purchase.

2. Provide proof of purchase, including the order number and any relevant details about your initial color selection.

3. Let us know the new color you prefer from our available options.

4. We will process your request and send you one gallon of the new color you selected.

5. Please note that you may be responsible for covering shipping costs associated with returning the original paint cans to us or for the replacement paint we will send you.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will assist you in resolving the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Refunds:

Once we receive your returned item(s) and they are verified to be in their original condition, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
